Thinking of coming to the parade on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 22, 2012)? The Belk Carolinas' Carrousel Parade steps off from 10th & North Tryon at 10 A.M. It marches down Tryon and ends at the Levine Center for the Arts at South Tryon and Stonewall. The parade lasts approximately 2 hours.

Street Closings on Thanksgiving Day:

6 A.M.
S. Tryon St. closes BETWEEN MLK & Stonewall St.
1^st ST closes between Church & Tryon.
MLK & Stonewall remain open.

8 A.M.
N. Tryon St closes BETWEEN Church St Connector & 9^th St.
11^th St. between Church & College closes.
10^th St. between Church & Tryon closes.
Phifer Ave between College & Tryon closes
9^th St. remains open.

9 A.M.
Tryon St. from 9^th St. to Morehead closes. (Morehead remains Open)
All side streets between these two points close between Church & College St.
