2011 PARADE PARTICIPATION CHECK LIST

The following items must be submitted (with all forms completed) to Carolinas’ Carrousel, Inc. for your group/organization to be considered for participation in the 2011 Belk Carolinas' Carrousel Parade.

Submissions prior to the above due dates are strongly encouraged.

As of 10/12, the deadline dates are extended. Please submit your forms or contact the Carrousel office ASAP if you would like to participate in the 4th largest Thanksgiving Parade in the US.
