Representative Application Packet

To access the 2010 Carrousel Scholarship Program Representative Application, enter the password provided to your school’s Carrousel Coordinator:

Instructions for completing the application are in the packet. All applications must be mailed to the Carrousel office. No email submissions will be accepted.

Applications must be received at the Carrousel office no later than 4pm on Friday, October 8. NO EXCEPTIONS.
