Your application packet must include:
Original of Page 1 of Application (Staff will use this page for communication.)
Other material:
Pages 2 and 3 of Application
Two letters of recommendation
One original of your official school transcript
Preparation instructions:
Provide four (4) sets of Pages 2 and 3 of Application
Sets should be collated but not stapled.
Use only space provided in Application (using 10pt. type or larger).
- Do not include attachments
- If applicant’s listing of all activities, achievements and awards exceeds the space
provided in the Application, applicant should include only the most important and
meaningful information.
Provide four (4) sets of the two (2) letters of recommendation
Letters must include one from your band director and one from another adult.
The second adult can either be a school official or a community leader.
Letters cannot be from any family member.
Letters should be typed and limited to one page.
Transcript
Applicant must provide an original transcript with the Application Packet.
• Transcript must have the school’s seal and be submitted in a sealed envelope.
Rank in Class and SAT scores must be included.
